18 year old girl assaulted.World has to change.

An 18-year-old woman was raped Saturday night near the Congress Theater in Logan Square. (CBS)
CHICAGO (CBS) – Police on Sunday said they were talking with several persons of interest Sunday following the brutal sexual assault of an 18-year-old woman in the Logan Square neighborhood.
Residents of 2100 block of North Rockwell Street, where the victim was found, unconscious and partially clothed — believe she was raped and attacked by at least three men around 9:30 p.m. Saturday night, after being turned away from a New Year’s Eve show at the nearby Congress Theater.
Danny Medina walked out his front door to a sea of police lights and the motionless body of a young woman lying in his parkway.
People in the Logan Square neighborhood, where it all happened, say three men were taken into custody right after neighbors found the young woman, CBS 2′s Dana Kozlov reports.
They say one of the attackers may have told security at the nearby theater that she was lying near the street.
Initially, police needed help identifying the young woman, who slipped into a coma.  They now say she is 18 years old and in critical condition.
What still isn’t known is if she knew her attackers or if they had just met her in the minutes before assaulting her.
Neighbors say they believe police are still looking for at least three more attackers, bringing the total of those responsible to six

what do girls want from boys

Tricky question because of the infinite amount of variants involved in the minds of women. No two are the same and no woman is ever looking for the same thing every day. So, hold onto your pants because this answer is going to be long...

To start let me give you the wrong answers that everyone always gives:

Humor, Kindness, Hotness, Great Hair, Money, Romance, A Great Laugh, A Big... uh Car..., Loves Kids, Eye Color, and etc.

Why are they wrong? Because these are things girls are attracted to in guys, its not necessarily what they are looking for. There are variant levels of attraction and at each level you must be willing to look at each woman and understand what she may be looking for. One woman may be ready to find a new life partner while the one right next to her may have just gotten out of a relationship and needs to find herself. So be sensitive to the situation a woman is in but be a man in the sense that if you want something you go out there and you try your hardest to get it. So:

Level 1 : The Attraction

This level is reserved for mainly physical or shallow attraction. Its what I would call the "getting her attention" phase. Because that is what you need to do. Unlike men, women have hundreds of suitors approaching them and vying for their attention every day. Sadly you don't have the luxury of being able to walk by a woman and have her understand the person you are deep down.

1. Confidence : Now confidence is not arrogance or cockiness. It's the underlying idea that you are not in need of a woman, you just want one and you can find one anywhere. The truth lies in this, confidence can be seen from across a room. A man in the center of a conversation and making people laugh is always viewed as the confident one, the man sitting in a corner booth under shadows and watching conversations happen from across the room doesn't exude confidence.

2. Attractiveness : This is also much different than the ideal of drop dead perfect genes. Look toward GQ and Esquire on what it means to take care of yourself. Get a haircut that actually is meant to be on your head. Get a $100 suit and spend $75 getting it tailored (it'll make it look like a $800 suit). Lean how to use cologne. Learn how to handle yourself, the way you walk, dance, and speak are all attractiveness factors. If you look like you take care of yourself, you look like you can take care of her. Its that simple. (By the way this factor is usually what people confuse for women wanting tons of money, they want to be taken care of, its different).

Level 2 : The Spark

Now, unlike guys a woman can be completely attracted to a guy and not need to instantly fly to his bedroom. A woman's attraction opens her up to the spark. The spark is where you seperate yourself from the crowd of other men. This is where you need to step out of the shallowness and really show her where you are special, what inner talents, skills, or passions you have are to be used to do the following:

1. Make her feel special : If she doesn't feel like she's special what is the purpose of being with you? Don't be afraid to let her know (in a creative and not just literal way) why you are interested in her. Calm down, don't go writing love sonnets just yet, you've got to get to know her first.

2. Make yourself look special : Bring her attention to that which separates you from the crowd. What do you have that no other man has? It better be more than the shallow stuff because you've got a lot of people out there better at it than you, unless you are Justin Timberlake. Do you have an affinity for charity, do you love your mother, do you write music, etc.

3. Now connect the two : Show her how you are connected. Girls want a connection. They want to feel as though they could marry you but don't want to feel like you are pressuring them for that yet. How will your being together rewrite the stars and spawn a whole book's worth of love poetry because the world will rejoice in the union of your two souls?

Level 3 : The Relationship

Now that you've secured her phone number or the date or whatever you can begin on this level. Its time to start to see if you are meant to be together. What do girls want at this point? More than a hundred thousand things always in perfect balance and different focuses based on what her day / week / month / year / or life has been like. A woman who needs to hear "I love you" five times a day one day can need a few days without a single call from you on other days.

What does a girl want then? The answer is your responsiveness to her needs and for you to not give up on her. That's it. You can be funny, charming, strong, fragile, serious, angry, or a host of every other 100% opposite feelings as long as you are being real with her. The greatest part of a relationship is tied to the most frustrating part. The closeness needed for a strong relationship can only come out of fighting to understand that other person and how to meet each other in ways that you both need.

In this stage you have to ask yourself: Is she worth it? Even when we are fighting or going through a rough patch do I still want to be with her? If you cannot answer yes to both of these questions, you need to let her go. This too is something a woman looks for.

In truth the hardest part of any of this is the willingness to put yourself out there. Because when you're out there you can get rejected and it hurts, a lot. You can be afraid, and to be honest sometimes I still am, but the truth is that real confidence is the courage to be scared of something but go do it anyway. I'm not telling you that if you do these steps you won't get rejected, because any time you deal with women you will. But getting out there is the only way to find confidence. Good luck.

Why Arsense Wenger should continue

nother year, another trophy-less season. Welcome back to six months of desperate optimism, Arsenal fans, as we patiently await the next chance until silverware can once again appear in our distant vision.
Welcome back to sitting by the wayside while crosstown rivals habitually enjoy the delights of English excellence to spite us. Welcome back to the agonizing pain we have endured for over a half-decade.
I can’t say I am surprised at our continual dissatisfaction since last August. After all, the soccer gods were clearly trying to make a statement by saddling half the squad with detrimental injuries throughout the year. Shame on us for thinking that our run of bad luck was bound to end with such fierce competition in our way.
With the FA and Carling Cup both distant memories, the Champions League campaign in need of a North London miracle and the Premier League title evidently out of reach, all Gooners have left to fall back on is a consolation UCL qualification bid and the small content that comes out of aimlessly criticizing our own beloved club.
Of course, the most common critique given by Gooner fans around the world is regarding the job of legendary manager Arsene Wenger.
While the “Wenger Out” screamers were hoping to be proven wrong this season, the opportunity has once again come for them to rewrite the signs and tweets calling for a major change in management. And after seven years without a trophy, those Gunner fans have every right to be questioning their skipper’s job security.
However, while Wenger's effectiveness has been deficient recently (as shown by the dusty trophy case), I am here to prove to you that sacking him is the absolute wrong decision.
First off, one has to look back at the current squad with perspective when questioning Wenger’s job.
When you compare Arsenal’s current starting lineup with the premier teams in the league, there is no reason why Arsenal should finish top four. With all the injuries suffered this season on the backline and Arteta and Walcott’s drastic lack of consistency, it is a miracle that Arsenal are even in a Champions League spot as it is.
Other than Van Persie, no other field player has been at the level we desperately expect from the club that has given us so much joy in the past. The struggles should be blamed on the injuries and players’ inconsistency before Wenger’s name even comes into question.

Secondly, let us not forget that Wenger is one of the best, if not the best, in the world at bringing in raw talent and developing superstars.
Let’s be honest: Did any Gooners legitimately expect Ox to be playing significant first team minutes and contributing as much as he has this early in his Arsenal career? Wenger’s incredible eye for young talent is the reason why Arsenal have been so successful the last couple of years and can still compete in the league without signing blank checks like Chelsea and City.
Removing Wenger means removing the one concept—developing stars instead of buying them—that keeps us different from all the other top teams in England that we despise so much.
Possibly the most important reason why Wenger must remain as Arsenal manager, however, is the fact that there are no legitimate candidates who could (or would want to) remotely fill his place. No other jobless manager in the current market has Wenger's prestige and persona to convince top players to join the club.
You may say that Arsenal could try and steal a respected manager, but who could possibly want to risk their reputation and join a club with so much pressure and instability around it?
So, if Wenger were sacked, someone with less football presence would be hired, and top talents like Eden Hazard and Lukas Podolski may look elsewhere for work. The change in management may also cause already unsettled players such as Van Persie and Walcott to exit before their contracts are up.
Arsenal would be left with a squad that not only couldn't compete for an EPL title, but would also finished far below the fans' high expectations.
The truth is that firing Wenger would cause Arsenal to go through even more of a rebuilding process. Failing to win trophies wouldn't be the only problem; attracting top talents would be difficult as well.
As an Arsenal fan, why would you want to increase the club's problems simply to ditch the coach that has brought you so much success? Are you willing to go through a rebuilding process and wait even longer until our next shot at silverware? I know I'm not.
Relax, fellow Arsenal fans, and simply open your mind. The source of our problems this year was not our manager's incompetence, but the unluckiness that has plagued us the last half-decade.
Did Wenger make multiple questionable decisions over the course of the year? Of course.
Substituting Arshavin in against Manchester United, panic buying Park Chu-Young on deadline day last August, and benching Walcott for the FA Cup defeat against Sunderland were all decisions I bet he wishes he could have back. We all have 20-20 hindsight, but that does not mean you have to be blind to the fact that he is the best manager to run this club in the future.
Don’t worry, fellow Gooners—the end of this disastrous season is thankfully fast approaching. I hope to see you all on the other side.

Zindagi na mile gi dobara all poetry part2

1:  Jab jab dard ka baadal chaya

Jab ghum ka saya lehraya

Jab aansoo palkon tak aya

Jab yeh tanha dil ghabraya

Humne dil ko yeh samjhaya

Dil aakhir tu kyun rota hai

Duniya mein yunhi hota hai

Yeh jo gehre sannate hain

Waqt ne sabko hi baante hain

Thoda ghum hai sabka qissa

Thodi dhoop hai sabka hissa

Aankh teri bekaar hi nam hai

Har pal ek naya mausam hai

Kyun tu aise pal khota hai

Dil aakhir tu kyun rota hai

2:   Dilon mein tum apni betaabiyaan leke chal rahe ho

Toh zinda ho tum

Nazar mein khwaabon ki bijliyaan leke chal rahe ho

Toh zinda ho tum

Hawaa ke jhonkon ke jaise azad rehna seekho

Tum ek dariya ke jaise lehron mein behna seekho

Har ek lamhe se tum milo khole apni baahein

Har ek pal ik naya samaan dekhein yeh nigaahein

Jo apni aankhon mein hairaaniyaan leke chal rahe ho

Toh zinda ho tum

Dilon mein tum apni betaabiyaan leke chal rahe ho

Toh zinda ho tum

zindagi na mile gi dobara all poetry part1

1:  Pighlay neelam sa behta hua yeh samaan

Neeli neeli si khamoshiyaan

Na kahin hai zameen

Na kahin aasmaan

Sarsaraati huyi tehniyaan, pattiyaan

Keh rahi hain ki bas ek tum ho yahaan

Sirf main hoon meri saansein hain aur meri dhadkanein

Aisi gehraiyaan

Aisi tanhaiyaan

Aur main sirf main

Apne honay pe mujhko yaqeen aa gaya

2:   Ik baat honton tak hai jo aayi nahin

Bas ankhon say hai jhaankti

Tumse kabhi, mujhse kabhi

Kuch lafz hain woh maangti

Jinko pehanke honton tak aa jaaye woh

Aawaaz ki baahon mein baahein daalke ithlaaye woh

Lekin jo yeh ik baat hai

Ahsaas hi ahsaas hai

Khushboo si hai jaise hawa mein tairti

Khushboo jo be-aawaaz hai

Jiska pata tumko bhi hai

Jiski khabar mujhko bhi hai

Duniya se bhi chupta nahin

Yeh jaane kaisa raaz hai
